The Standard program lasts 12 weeks. Fundamental can be cancelled monthly. Remote coaching runs for a minimum of 3 months.
A barbell and weight plates are required. A rack is recommended. You can train both in the gym and at home.
You submit videos of your exercises through the app. The coach provides detailed feedback on your technique, including annotations and improvement points.
Standard can be cancelled after 1 month. Fundamental can be cancelled monthly. Remote has a 3-month minimum.
Our programs are suitable for everyone, from less than 1 year to more than 5 years of experience. After the intake we adjust the program to your level.
